Prestige Academy, a highly sought after Higher Education and Training institution that has been in existence for 24 years, has developed many flagship qualifications since 1994 of which the Bachelor of Commerce in Digital Marketing, Bachelor of Arts in Visual Arts in Visual Communication Design, Bachelor of Commerce in Event Management and the Diploma in Information Technology Network Integration Specialist is but four of many flagship qualifications.

This initiative forms part of Prestige Academy’s social responsibility and commitment to capacity building and therefore offering a 100% scholarship for one student in each of the three faculties mentioned. Such participants in the new scholarship programme will receive the opportunity to be recognised for their outstanding academic performance.

It is Prestige Academy’s mission and vision to be known as a leader in higher education and an institution of excellence throughout South Africa, across the African continent and beyond. We undertake to equip students with knowledge, skills, attitudes AND values to play a meaningful role in the economy and society at large. The scholarships are named SISTERHOOD and have its origin due to the passion and family values of two very dynamic sisters, Estelle Ciaglia and Sandra Mostert who started Prestige Academy.

Prestige Academy is well known for an environment where family values, love and caring for each other is a top priority. This encourages students to excel beyond their expectations. The scholarship is available for all current grade 12 learners, seeking to further their studies and apply to a Degree or Diploma programme that is offered on a full-time basis, at Prestige Academy.

The first scholarship is awarded to the Faculty of Arts, the second scholarship is awarded to the Faculty of Business and the third scholarship is awarded to the Faculty of Information Technology. These scholarships will grant one talented, current grade 12 student full tuition fees for the 1st year of studies for one of Prestige Academy’s flagship qualifications presented in each faculty. The student must comply with all the admission requirements as set out for the specific programme. Applications for the Sisterhood scholarship will close on Wednesday, 30 September 2018.

All applicants will be invited to attend an interview (physical or via Skype) with the Scholarship Committee as part of the qualifying process. Students in the Faculty of Information Technology will have to do the benchmark test offered at Prestige Academy.

“Don’t wait until everything is just right. It will never be perfect. There will always be challenges, obstacles, and less than perfect conditions. So what? Get your application going right now!“

says Estelle Ciaglia, one of the Directors of Prestige Academy. The SISTERHOOD scholarship will be your first step to a wonderful new future.

Students can apply directly on the Prestige Academy website and should complete the Scholar Assessment Form. Our Scholarship Committee will evaluate all answers, and a shortlist of potential candidates who qualify for the scholarship will be collated.
